Returns and cancellations depend on where you are buying from, whether the seller is a private seller or a business seller, and the reason for the return.

• UK or EU consumer buying from a private seller: Purchases from private sellers are final sale. Returns and cancellations are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons.
• UK or EU consumer buying from a business seller: You have a 14-day statutory cancellation and return right. The buyer is responsible for return postage, while the original standard delivery charge is not refunded.
