How do returns work?

KLEKT connects Buyers with both private sellers and Business Sellers. Your return and cancellation rights depend on the type of seller you purchased from and, in some cases, your location.

When you purchase from a Business Seller, consumer protection laws may give you additional rights.

• EU and UK buyers purchasing from Business Sellers: Generally have 14 days after delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal for eligible purchases, subject to statutory exceptions.
• US buyers: Generally do not have a statutory change-of-mind return right.
• Purchases from private sellers: Generally do not qualify for a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right.

Tips

• Check whether your order was purchased from a Business Seller or private seller.
• Contact KLEKT Support before returning an item so we can confirm the applicable return process and provide instructions.
• Keep your tracking and proof of return until your return has been completed.
• If there is an issue with your item, report it to KLEKT as soon as possible and provide any requested information or evidence.
